These terms apply to your use of agloworld.com and to services booked with Chef Aglo, a private chef and culinary services business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Content on this site, including photos and text, belongs to Chef Aglo and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on the site is general and may change without notice.
Bookings
An enquiry is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only once we agree the details, price and date in writing and any required deposit is received. Each event may have its own written proposal, which takes priority over these terms.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment, deposit, change and cancellation terms are set out in your proposal. Deposits may be non refundable once ingredients, staff or travel have been arranged.
Allergies and dietary needs
Please tell us about all allergies and dietary requirements before your event. We take great care, but kitchens may handle common allergens and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
